Job Requirements: 
1. Bachelor's degree or above, legal professional qualification certificate, work experience 2-5 years or more related legal experience is preferred.
2. Possess a certain degree of professional knowledge related to securities, law, and finance, pass the judicial examination and have good logic and analysis, and the ability to deal with legal issues.
3. Responsible for the preparation of documents and handling of IPO-related legal matters; responsible for the review and filing of company contracts, internal control execution-related management work, and other related legal work.
