Requirements: 
1. Have 3 years of experience in PCBA.FPCBA testing, understand PCB.FPC product structure and process, have PCB.FPC product analysis capabilities, know digital and analog circuits, and understand electrical schematic diagrams. Will use CAD.CAM and other software to view GERBER data, understand the use of network analyzers, proficiently use TRI or 3070 and other ICT programming, understand the program logic of single-chip microcomputers, write NPI product test programs, repair and improve test fixtures, and product SOP Programming.  
2. Arrange the daily work of technicians and train technicians to improve their abilities.  
3. Analyze product problems during the test and provide related workstation improvement. (Including online products and customer return)
4. Make a reasonable assessment of the repair spare parts and submit a purchase application,
5. Assemble electrical testing and import automated testing equipment.
